Coastal Mind Matters Hypnotherapy Product Waiver and Release

HYPNOTHERAPY PRODUCT WAIVER & RELEASE

Please read this Waiver & Release carefully before purchasing and using any hypnotherapy-related products from Coastal Mind Matters ("we", "us", "our").

By ticking the checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Products

• I understand that the products I am purchasing (including, but not limited to, audio recordings, written materials, digital programs and other resources) are designed to support emotional wellbeing and behaviour change.

• I understand these products are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional healthcare.

2. No Medical or Crisis Care

• I understand that Coastal Mind Matters does not provide emergency, crisis or acute mental health services through these products.

• I agree that if I am in crisis, at risk of harming myself or others, or experiencing severe mental health symptoms, I will contact emergency services, my GP, mental health services, or a crisis line immediately.

• I understand that I should always seek advice from a qualified health professional regarding any medical or mental health condition.

3. Personal Responsibility

• I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions and actions.

• I agree to use these products in a safe environment (e.g. not while driving, operating machinery, or doing any activity that requires full attention).

• I understand that individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Suitability & Disclosure

• I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I do not have any medical or mental health condition that would make the use of hypnotherapy-related products unsafe for me, or I have first discussed this with an appropriate health professional.

• I agree to stop using the products and seek professional advice if I experience any distress, discomfort or adverse reaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Coastal Mind Matters, its owner, practitioners and employees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages or losses arising out of or connected with my purchase and use of these products.

• I understand that nothing in this waiver excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. No Transfer or Sharing

• I agree that the products are for my personal use only and must not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without written permission from Coastal Mind Matters.

7. Governing Law

• This Waiver & Release is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
